USTA Grant

A “Tennis in the Park” grant of $15,325 was awarded to the Larry J. Heflin Tennis Center from the United States Tennis Association by Kentucky Tennis Association president Susan Habeeb. The USTA’s Parks program was established to promote tennis facilities and help expand those facilities. The money will help pay for the completion of courts 11 and 12. The facility is open to the public and is the home to the Lone Oak Flash tennis team.
