For the first time in 17
years, the Ohio Valley Conference Tennis Tournament will not be held in
Nashville, Tenn. The three day event will take place at the Larry Heflin
Tennis Center in Paducah, Ky. due to ongoing renovations at Nashville’s
Centennial Sportsplex. Murray State will host the event, which will be
held April 17 - April 19.
The Larry Heflin Tennis
Center is part of the Lone Oak Tennis Association. The center features 12
courts, eight of which are lighted, three covered viewing pavilions and a
snack bar. The center is home to the Lone Oak Flash Tennis Team and hosts
several adult and junior events throughout the year.
