Fundraising is a critical function of the LOTA. The yearly operating
budget is expected to be approximately $25,000 and includes everything from LOHS tennis travel
expenses to insurance to paying for the light bill. We are very proud of
our facility and the LOHS high school program. It is through the efforts
of the LOTA that we have been able to maintain our high standards.
A revived fundraising activity this year is bingo. Susan Hagan <susanmhagan@yahoo.com>
has volunteered to be the Bingo team charperson. Anyone interested in
volunteering for Bingo duty should contact her directly.

Basic Rules to Work Bingo:
1 Minimum of 8 volunteers must show up each week or "strike" against
organization.
2 2-strikes and organization is disqualified from Bingo
3 Must be 16 years old in order to work
In addition, LOTA has volunteered to provide Pull-Tab administrative duties
every Monday
(splitting duties and profit with Soccer Boosters). Tim Tillett and Dan Dapp are
providing
this service.
It is important that we, as members of the LOTA, become involved in these
fundraising events. It is through these events that everything becomes
possible. Please become involved with these fundraising activities so that
we can make this upcoming year even more successful than in the past.
